I have been boating for the better part of 60 years. Started out by trailering my own boat. As time and boats changed, I used someone else exclusively for a dozen years or more.

Four years ago, I bought a larger boat. I decided to allow a local boat yard to do all my work. It was convenient and they did excellent work on my engine. I left it at their dock, they pulled the boat, winterized it, then delivered it shrink-wrapped to my house. After 4 years, this season, they eliminated boat hauling to my house.

Due to the unusual position I needed the boat at my home, other haulers whined and complained before getting it in there where I needed it. With very little effort he had the boat position exactly as I wanted it. His trailer skill handling ability was nothing short of amazing. His hydraulic trailer made the job look easy. He was friendly and personable and it didn’t seem to bother him at all completing the job as I specifically required it.
